Social housing is a fundamental and urgent social issues . After the 1989 launch of a social movement snails without shells , 25 years shows this requirement has not been improved , justice and sense of living should be addressed.

   
In the past, delineated base thereby providing a housing unit , the development process to provide residential suspend function. However, social housing should not stop here . Starting from the nature of social housing , and when it is carries a lot of new residents migrated from time , for now places considerable impact through the urban perspective on such social issues . In response to the deduction of time, could become a regional social housing will make up for the media . Vision for the future based on the needs of society at the reaction to the provision of social housing and generate feedback and integration mechanism .

    

This reflects the Taipei basin with waterfront landscape resources, but life will never be out that long breakwater across. Through the integration of natural and urban grid urban policy, giving the congestion of city life spread occupation.

社會住宅是一項基本且急迫的社會議題。於1989年社會發起的一場無殼蝸牛運動後，25年間顯示了此項需求未被改進，居住正義及意識應該被正視。

過去以劃定基地進而提供出住宅單元，發展過程中止於提供住宅機能。但社會住宅不應僅止於此。從社會住宅的本質開始，當它是夾帶著大量新居民遷移而來時，對於現地的衝擊性相當大，透過都市角度去看待這樣的社會議題。因應著時間的推演，社會住宅將可能成為區域性彌補的媒介。未來的願景是以反應社會需求下以提供社會住宅及產生回饋與整合機制。

                                  

同反映出台北這個盆地，擁有水岸景觀資源，但生活永遠都沒有跨越出那長長的防波堤。透過都市策略整合自然與城市紋理，賦予擁塞的城市生活蔓延的占領。
