Taiwan is located in Circum-Pacific Seismic Zone which has a highly terrain landscape and some geothermal resources in potential. Because of Jinshan geologic fault, Peitou and Yangmingshan National Park have more potential on geothermal resources in particular. Also can be applied in energy, spa, tourism,landscape and education, etc. The situation in present is that massive hot spring entrepreneur stands in great numbers, hot spring pipelines disorganized and amusement areas are imperfect planned. It is an extremely narrow and shallow plan and strategy for such potential area because they forget that there's still more resources to be used instead of hot spring resources. Thus, I hope to integrate the resources in this area by using new hot water delivery system as the development mechanism to create spaces with landscape, tourism,education, energy and more. Through the difference between temperature and phases of water circulation system to create new textures and operation modes. Also attach internal park spa with landscape resources to create a new bright spot in Taipei. We not only make maximum benefits to the region but also give feedback to the locals and nature.

台灣處於環太平洋地震帶上,是擁有高度地形景觀與某種程度地熱資源的開發潛力,尤其在北投與陽明山國家公園一帶,因為金山斷層的經過,更是擁有潛在地熱資源開發條件的區域,並且能在能源、溫泉、觀光、景觀、教育等方面應用。 可是目前現況是大量溫泉業者林立,溫泉管線規劃凌亂、遊憩區規劃不夠完善,一窩瘋的衝著溫泉資源而忘記其實還有更多資源可應用,我認為這是對此區資源利用非常短淺的規劃與策略,我希望能針對此區域擁有的資源整合起來,利用新的熱水輸送系統作為發展機制,發展出與地景、觀光、教育、能源相關等空間,透過不同溫度與階段的水循環系統,創造新的紋理與運作模式,串聯園區內部溫泉與地景資源創造台北新亮點,製造區域效益最大化,並且最後將多餘的效益回饋給當地居民和大自然生態。
