The project site sits within the Nujasaya Industrial Park, a modern industrial park in the gateway to the Singapore. The current NCIP site covers an area of 226 acres.

The AIMED is designed to manufacture for the future: Information, technology manufacturing district and will be the centre of the area. The proposal will serve widely technology related industry, business and trade, including many foreign enterprises, greatly contributing to the sustainable AIMED growth. This will be attracting mainly Singapore, China and international technology companies. The site provides a logistic park which will support the current industrial zones and becomes a Singapore order and AIMED to manufacture and deliver.
